  1. Lydia Ann Mason, b. 1838, probably Randolph Co., Indiana; d. January 24, 1876, buried in Resting Green Cemetery, Ironton Twp., Sauk Co., WI. (Lewis & Lydia BATES tombstone, Resting Green Cemetery, Ironton Twp., Sauk Co., WI.) Lydia married Lewis L. BATES, March 20, 1857, in Grant Co., IN. (Grant Co., IN, Marriage Book, 3:232.)

HOLLINGSWORTH, December 3, 1857, in Grant County, Indiana. (Grant Co., IN, Marriage Book, 3:282) She married, second, Joseph W. CUMMINGS, October 8, 1871, in Madison Co., IA. (Madison Co. Marriage Register District Court, Winterset, Iowa, Bk. B, p. 133.)
  3. Edith MASON, b. September 29, 1842, Randolph Co., Indiana; d. January 14, 1914, Panora, Iowa; buried in Brethren Cemetery in Yale, Guthrie Co., IA. (Tombstone for Jesse & Edith HALL, Brethren Cemetery, Yale, Guthrie Co., Iowa. Gincy MASON is buried in lot with her daughter & son-in-law, Edith & Jesse HALL, and shares their tombstone.) Edith married Jesse Thomas HALL, April 7, 1859, in Grant County, Indiana. (Grant Co., IN, Marriage Book, 3:386.)
  4. Nathan MASON, b. est. 1846. He was a member of Elliott MASON's household when the 1850 Census of Howard County. was taken. (See above reference.) No further trace. May have died young. He was not with his mother on 1860 census of Union Twp., Howard Co., IN. While it is more likely that he died young, it is also possible that another family took him in after his father's death.
  5. Albert MASON, b. 1848, d. Aug 1849, Howard Co., IN (1850 U.S. Census, Howard County, IN, Mortality Schedule, (Green Twp., Albert MASON, age 2, probably the child of Elliott & Gincy, but possibly the child of Elihu MASON. However Elihu MASON had a two year old child in his household when the 1850 census was taken. (1850 U.S. Census, Howard County, Indiana, p. 942, Green Twp., Elihu Mason household).
