BETHLEHEM METHODIST CEMETERY

625N & 670E, Bethlehem Township, Cass County, Indiana 

   At north edge of S.E. ¼  of N.W ¼  of S.E. ¼,  Section 24, T.28 N., R.2.E., 2 Indiana P.M.., in Eastern BETHLEHEM TOWNSHIP, in Northeastern CASS COUNTY, in NORTHCENTRAL INDIANA.

   [CAUTION: This cemetery should NOT be confused with the Similarly Large BETHEL METHODIST CEMETERY only a few miles southeast (in Clay Township ), nor with the old BETHELEM PRESBYTERIAN CEMETERY , a couple of miles West, in this same Bethlehem Township .]

   CEMETERY is 1 ½ miles (“as the crow flies”) southwest of Twelve Mile Indiana; and 4 miles E.S.E. of the Hamlet of Metea; and nearly Twelve Miles Northeast of the County-seat City of Logansport. [Cemetery and Church are south of a County-Highway which runs East-and-West through south half of said section 24.]

   Fieldwork was done, and this record compiled and prepared in Earl JULY of 1942 by:

Beineke, R.R.1, Twelve Mile, of the Bethlehem Methodist Church ; Willard Elliott, 1430 High St. Logansport , Ind , and Mrs. Anna Cary Whitsett, 500 Front St. , Logansport .
