Cline Cemetery is also known as Kline, Klein, or Weyand. I thought about including the report from the L'Anguille Valley Memorial Association here, but decided to paraphrase pertinent parts and add my own notations.
At the time LVMA was surveying this cemetery, April 2 - July 26, 1943, Whitsett considered what we call Cline today and the cemetery called Royal Center as one cemetery. Today each cemetery is marked by its own signage and a new cemetery called Ira Kistler was opened directly south.
There are many gravemarkers in Cline cemetery which are no longer decipherable, due to the ravages of time. The original cemetery was deeded as such in 1853 by Andrew Kline and Daniel Weyand, each donating 1/2 acre. There are said to be burials as early as 1835. According to Jehu Z. Powell these are some of the earliest burials noted here. -

Ed Castor contacted me and volunteered to index and photograph this cemetery. This is Ed's introduction to Cline Cemetery. --
